Fonts not embedded (PowerPoint) ERROR DESCRIPTION A FONTS error is given when a PowerPoint presentation is determined to use specific fonts but does not include those fonts in the presentation. SOLUTION When Rapid Inspector fails a presentation for missing fonts, it will display a list of the fonts that are not included in the presentation. To correct this, use the PowerPoint Format->Replace Font menu command to find the fonts listed by Rapid Inspector and replace those fonts with either: Arial or Times New Roman.
Next, resave the PowerPoint presentation and choose the option to "Embed True Type Fonts". With this option selected, PowerPoint will include all True Type fonts used within the presentation. Warning, if you are using fonts other than True Type, for example Type 1 fonts, PowerPoint will not embed them. Embedding fonts with: PLEASE NOTE: Macintosh versions of PowerPoint do not have an option for embedding TrueType fonts. This means PowerPoint files saved from the Macintosh will not pass Rapid Inspector unless you only use these fonts in your presentation:
