Reading Report Results

Rapid Inspector has three main reporting areas that tell users what is happening with their inspections.

		The Summary Information area (shown below) shows users the total number of inspections completed, how many passed, how many failed and the success percentage.
The Inspection Tree area (shown above) lists the filenames for all inspected files. The Inspection Tree shows the status (PASS/FAIL) for each filename. The user can expand a filename to see specific messages for each file.		The Detail Information area (shown below) shows users the attributes and status for one or all files. If the users selects one file, the file information will be displayed in the Detail Information pane alone. If the user selects FAILED INSPECTION or PASSED INSPECTION then all inspection statuses and attributes are displayed in the Detail Information area.
